Dr. Teresa Yeh received her doctorate from Pepperdine University in 2019. Her training includes providing evidence-based practices for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), forensic assessments, and working from a trauma-informed perspective. She completed her internship at the Federal Medical Center – Fort Worth in 2019 with specialized training in forensic assessments, SMI, and implementation of evidence-based practices for a wide range of diagnoses. She went on to complete a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the North Texas VA Healthcare System in 2020 to further her training in Substance Use Disorders and Trauma-related Disorders while serving Veterans. She currently runs a trauma program at a correctional institution for males and females. This includes evaluating and providing a trauma-related diagnosis and providing trauma treatment in a group format. Dr. Yeh values providing a safe space for Veterans to share their story and is very humbled to serve the Veteran community.
In her free time, she loves working out, reading, and spending time with her family and two pups who she calls her children.
